  • At work, this might mean asking a team member to draft a report you’ll later finalize.

  • At home, it could be assigning kids (pt away their toys) or a partner specific chore (put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher) with clear expectations.

 Over time, as trust builds, you can delegate bigger tasks with more autonomy.
